Very pleased with that, slightly more than the first book which raised £27,637.
It was an intense two week campaign ending 27th August, which I prefer as there’s no mid-campaign slump. It was all go from day one talking to potential backers and promoting the book worldwide. I’ll be shipping printed books to over 30 countries, sent from both Texas and the UK where we hold plentiful stock. Just under a third of the orders were digital, too.
Book 3 of the trilogy should do similar numbers next year, so I can lavish love and attention on that and continue making it with real confidence. Awesome!

Big thanks to everyone that helped with this campaign. I really notice and appreciate everyone who makes social media a more pleasant and collaborative place to be these days. I especially enjoyed shining a light on other creators and getting some traction for impressive yet somehow less popular comics over the last few weeks. A win-win all round – making comics is tough and there’s no reason why we can’t all succeed together if we help each other out. Cheers
